How can you fight food cravings? Especially ones that come late at night, or during bad times?!

Question: How can you fight food cravings.? Especially ones that come late at night, or during bad times.?
I'm not starving myself or anything bad, but sometimes I get really bad food cravings that I cannot fight off. I almost feel my mouth salivate, and I get this feeling of..I just want food. Like it's a drug that I'm craving. It's now 2:32am here where I'm from, I'm in bed, yet I have a craving for food so strong, salty food really...that I'm contemplating getting up, going out to some place that's still open, they have some 24 hour open places, and just buying something, even though I'm tired.

My hunger or craving is overriding my common sense, the fact that its freezing out and the fact that its 2 in the morning!!

Why is this happening to me, should I listen to my body.? How do I fight this off.?Health Question & Answer

I feel this way all the time too. Well I usually don't leave my house if it's so inconvenient, I usually have something around the house... like microwave popcorn if I wanted something salty right now. Just try eating something else in your house. I can never go to sleep unless I just ate lol, it sucksHealth Question & Answer
