Question: How do I loose the last 8 pounds.?
At first I weighed 222. My goal was to reach 180. Now Im at 188. For some reason, losing these last 8 pounds is proving difficult. Do you guys have any exercise suggestions.Health Question & Answer

The last bit of weight is always the hardest!

It sounds like you have desensitised you body to burning the fat cells.

Mix up your routine! Start working muscles that you haven't before!
Remember, your muscles and body have a memory as well. If you keep doing the same thing they are going to get bored and eventually it wont have any effect.

Remember the trick to loosing weight is to build muscle, as this is what breaks down fat cells.
The more muscle you have the more fat you burn.
In turn you will decrease your body fat percentage and increase your muscle mass percentage. (just a trick way of saying you'll lean out)

you are probably going to need to do a couple of different things, look at your exercise program, if you have one, up the intensity.
