Stop! It sounds like over training to me. Take a week off and let your body rest.It's hard to do, believe me I know, but your body is telling you enough already!

You won't lose any mass from just one week as long as you stick with your diet, and you should be able to break through any plateaus that your stuck on when you come back.

Here is a new thing to try: Alternate muscle groups, upper body 1 day,then lower body next day.Work the chest, the back, arms, lats,abs,and shoulders. Next day: work the legs/leg extensions, ham string curls,calve raises.Try this for a week or 2.Then, mix up the work out,try different routines, upper and lower:arms, shoulders ,legs. Next time: back, chest, abs. Make a chart on paper.Wright your routine down,And, take a day off 2-3 times a week.Muscle NEEDs to rest,and be fed. do a five minute warm up stretches before and after you get done working out also don't overwork yourself if you work until you begin to feel just a little bit of pain then that is a perfect workout that little bit of pain means you have torn the muscle just enough not too much not too little and after you tear the muscle it rebuilds itself bigger and badder but makes sure after the cool down you just let your self rest because if you keep doing stuff with those muscles you can over tear them and injure yourself horriblyHealth Question & Answer

A plateau happens to everyone after about 8 weeks of progress. That happened to me last year and I had to get an expert to fix what I was doing wrong. I used two sites to help me out and not I am pretty jacked. Check em out if u want dude

Stretch! If you don't stretch at least twice a day after working out, your bound to get muscle injuries. also drink more milk instead of soda, because milk really does strengthen your bones.Health Question & Answer
