Question: How many sit-ups should i take daily to reduce my stomach and get strong abs.?
i also do upto 200 push-ups, 4 days a week. i dont want to go to gym. so please advise. Health Question & Answer

As long as your doing sit-ups your abs will get stronger. You wont see results unless you lose body fat by eating healthy and doing some sort of cardio, like running or riding a bike. It really does work. Health Question & Answer
situps dont reduce stomach, make you lose weight. you need cardio and a healthy diet for that. So if you have fat on your stomach theres no point in doing situps they only make the muscle bigger UNDER the fat. and if you have fat on top of it they can make you look even bigger.Health Question & Answer
