Question: Was this a healthy lunch meal.? Helpp (: [enough energy for workout.?].?
I woke up late so no breakfast.
I know thats not good, but it'll be okay. Hah.

so for lunch I had

-90 calorie, 3 grams of fat whole wheat wrap
-1 tbsp of natural/organic peanut butter (100 cal)
-2 tsp. of low sugar jelly (20 cal)

-serving of organic pretzels (140 cal)

-one pear, one small apple, 1/2 cup of grapes

-and 50 cal worth of organic carrots


so in all, it was about 550 calories.

is that enough for lunch.? or should I add a 100 cal fiber full granola bar.? because in an hour, I am going to run 4.5 miles, lots of crunches all ways, leg lifts, and some strength training for my legs/hips/butt today.

I need to make sure I have enough energy.
I feel really full now...but I just want to make sure I have enough energy to run and all of that.

Im 17, 5'5'', and 111-112 lbs.

I think you should be okay. Just eat something after. Any more calories with such a hardcore routine and you could get sick to your stomach. Health Question & Answer
