Question: Is it ok to do weights 4 days a week( for endurance, like cardio) and then cardio the other.?
3 days.?.? or should i do cardio 4 days and weights 3 days.? im trying to loose weight.?.?

Listen to your body. If you're comfortable then yes. Always have a day off and drink loads of water.
2 exercises per muscle group(chest, back, etc)
Do 3 sets of 16 reps.

i would not do weights if you are trying to lose weights muscle is heavier then fat and i would recommend three days per week go for a ten minute jog do some press and sit ups and very light weights do not try to build muscleHealth Question & Answer
