Question: How to put on weight .?
im 15, 5'6 and 110 pounds. im sick of looking so skinny and my legs look disgustingly thin because of it. I would like to put on weight, so has anyone got any ideas of what food to eat to help gain weight healthily.?

Take the "grazing" approach. Eat small amounts regularly. Have your main meals, include protein and carbohydrate at each meal, along with fruit / salad / veg. Avoid high fat foods as all that will do is give you high cholesterol! Don't go for "fast food" or high sugar foods as that will mess up your blood sugar levels and make you lethargic. Eat health!
