Use apple cider vinegar as part of a healthy eating plan. It's an excellent way of getting rid of inches.

I take 2 spoons of apple cider vinegar in hot water about 4 times a day. Sometimes I put a spoonful of honey in it to sweeten it but you get used to it without.

It helps to curb your appetite and although you go to the bathroom more frequently that's good for you.

Remember that apples are an excellent food that helps to burn fat so it makes sense to use apple cider vinegar.

It is also great as a salad dressing or instead of ordinary vinegar.
