Question: Should I lose weight.? 10 pts best answer!.?
I'm 5'5, 18 years old and weigh 155 pounds. My cup size is 36 DD so would that contribute to my overall weight.? If I should lose weight, how much and how could I go about doing that.?

According to a BMI calculator, you're slightly overweight for your height. However, if that is all muscle, it's no problem. Judging from your bra size, though, you would benefit from loosing some weight. I would recommend 10 to 20 pounds, though you are not in a "danger weight" zone.

Don't do any diet with a name. I don't think any diet center or plan works, because I have studied the way the body reacts to lessened food. It would be so easy to gain it all back. Instead, weight loss requires a lifestyle change.

Add a bit more activity to your life-- take the stairs instead of the escalator, walk or ride a bike to places that aren't too far away, take a brisk walk with a friend. In addition, try to eat healthier overall. Don't do a low-carb or high-protein or non-fat diet or anything like that. Just try to make healthy choices throughout the day. Your body needs carbohydrates, and it needs fat. Cutting those out can hurt your body a lot. also, we don't need as much protein as a lot of people think we do. Substitute a side salad for fries, go easy on the mayonaise, pick lean protein whenever possible, etc.

Around 130 pounds would be a good weight for you at your height, it gives you a BMI of 21.3, a bmi of around 21 is the healthiest to aim for.

I would look at your current diet and exercise plans, maybe do some more exercise or even see a nutritionist or dietitian to help you loose the weight in a healthy way that will also help you keep the weight off.

Avoid crash diets or fad diets, you may loose a little weight in a short time but it comes back on quickly and you usually end up putting on more weight then you started with.

Well I think if you're not satisfied with your weight then first start out by eating healthy foods, cut out all junk food and drink a lot of water. It's helped me. also some form of a work out will help.
If you want to keep your bust, then just eat healthy and limit your intake on food and you'll be model status quickly. I've already lost 10 lbs. =]

keep your carbs LOW protein HIGH fats MODERATE

cardio 30 mins 3 x per week to start out with. work up to everyday if you need it.

weights: 3 x per week to maintain ur existing muscle and to ensure the "weight" loss is from fat not muscle.
