Can I loose a lot of weight in 6 weeks?!


Question: Can I loose a lot of weight in 6 weeks.?
I heard that if you power walk for 30minutes, you'll loose around about half a kilogram.
So if I power walked for 4 hours per. day for 6 weeks, should I loose about 4 kilograms a day.
If I were just to drink water, and starve myself and eat half a carrot every two days, would that help me loose weight, too.?
This is all in 6 weeks.
I want to see how much weight I can loose.

If you'd live your life doing everything in moderation then you wouldn't or won't have a problem. Exercise is great, but not to the extreme. A good Diet Soup recipe I have will help a lot. It's from the Montreal Heart Institute and I'll take the time to write it. It works for people going for heart surgery and have to loose weight fast.3 x28 oz canned tomatoes,3bunches of green onions, use everything, 3 cans chicken boillion plus 3 cans water (use more if needed) 1 envelope chicken noodle soup, 1 whole celery, 2 cans green beans,2 green pepper, 1 lb of carrots. Put in the biggest pot u have cook til veggie are soft. Can add parsley, worchestershire, 4 cups water with noodle soup.Eat this soup every time your hungry, the more u eat, the more u lose.Day 1: Soup and all the fruit u can eat except bananas, 2)all veggies,except peas,&corn, 1baked potato at supper with butter,3)fruits & veg . If you have followed this for 3 days you'll have lost between 5 & 7 lbs. Day 4: at least 3 bananas and skim milk.Don't forget your soup at all times.Day 5:10-20oz. Beef and tomatoes(6).Day 6 Beef &Veg. You could eat 3 steaks if you wantDay 7:Brown rice, fruit juice & veg. By the end of 7 days you should lose 10-15 lbs. Good Luck, It's a healthy diet. If you starve yourself your body will go into hibernation mode and stop burning calories. Just cut down your caloric intake and exercises. Doing this diet you will surely get sick. In order to lose weight you need to eat to add fuel to the fire, you cant run on empty. You will lose weight no doult but the minute you start eating again you will put all the weight back on....probably more!!!!!!!
