I took some vinegar, that helped a bit. What else can I drink or eat to cancel the cinnamon.? So much pain...I won 30 bucks.

I agree, you need to consume a lot of water. But you may need to throw up, if you can. I recently learned about the dangers of cinnamon after not knowing what made me violently ill on two different occasions.
I put tons of it in my oatmeal, until it's all brown. I will never do that again. Here's some a link with some details.
