Answers:
Vitamin water is a sugary drink, but not too bad. Overall, you'd be better off just drinking regular water and taking a multivitamin every day.

Blueberry muffins are delicious... but yes they are bad for you to consume every day. They should be consumed sparingly.

Pasta is excellent so long as it is burned off. Pasta gives you carbohydrates which is a natural energy source for your body. However, if you do not burn off carbohydrates they are converted and stored as fat. This is what we don't want. I've got a feeling you enjoy pasta, so instead of having it less often, either start a good exercise routine, or have smaller portion sizes. In addition, cut down the cheese you put on it. This will really add to the calories and fat.

Pasta is NOT healthier with butter. Butter should be avoided at all costs. You are best off with a natural red sauce (white sauce is no good either.) Red (marinara) sauces have some nutritional content and are not as bad for you as alternative sauces.

My recommendation, that you did not seem to mention, is to exercise. I'm not sure if you're trying to lose weight or just be healthy. Either way, exercise is important. If you are trying to lose weight, google the term "high intensity interval training" and do a little research on that.
