My exercise routine??!


Question: My exercise routine.?.?
Ive lost 65 pounds and i want your peoples opinion on how i exercise.I do almost 50 push ups and lift weights and do 30 crunches and 40 sit ups.

also ive noticed that i feel that my theighs still look pretty bad is anything im doing helping that.?

Um... you should add in some squats. You don't need any weights, just get into squat position and look at a spot on the cieling, and go down, and come back up, "One." You could also do squat jumps. I would start off with ten. And then build up when you are ready. This is how: You start in squat position. Then you go down (pretty far down, almost as far as you can go) then you come up, and jump as high as you can. So, a squat down, and a big jump upwards. You could do some wall sits. Make sure your knees are bent 90 degrees. Then, I would start with 30 seconds and build up from there. Um... Oh, you could do some calf raises. You stand on the balls of your feet. and raise your heels as high as you can, staying balanced.Health Question & Answer

That's great progress, well done. You should be very proud of what you've achieved.

I suggest doing pilates, and telling the tutor that you want to focus on improving the look of your thighs. They'll give you lots of tips and suggestions. Train with a qualified instructor first - you don't want to get injured. Pilates doesn't seem hard, but it is. Health Question & Answer

do u do squats lunges calf raises
wall sits are great for the thighs
try those added to ur workout routine
