How to lose weight in specific areas?!


Question: How to lose weight in specific areas.?
I have been told by people who trust that my stomach and thighs are a bit on the fat side and i was wondering if there was any exercises that could help me lose weight in those areas.?
I dont want to run, walk or cycle because there have been alot of weirdos trying to pick young people up around the areas that i live latley. So please suggest exercises i can do at home.

Firstly... its difficult to lose weight in specific areas...coz your body sheds fat as a whole..and not from specific areas.

You should just try and do the 20/80 thing...be smart and do 20 percent of the work for 80 percent results.

Exercise smart and eat smart(kinda what I call my routine..lol)

Exercise smart = running in the morning...so your metabolism stays elevated throughout the day.(do about 15 minutes a day...even any other time can work)..for your case...even simply trotting inside your home for 20 odd minutes whould work well..if done early morning!

Eat smart = using a natural supplement that increases metabolism Green tea or white tea will do. I prefer white tea coz its more effective when packaged with Acai... try http://freewhitetea.com I got a free pack from them recently.
It has tons more antioxidants than green tea=much faster metabolism!
Drink it about 2 or 3 times a day...and itll help not only for metabolism...but also for suppressing appetite naturally. Tastes awesome too! :)

Best way to lose weight on your belly is to work on your abdominals, but doing normal sit ups will hurt your spine in the long run.
Safest way is to hang with your arms from something like a branch or door frame and lift your knees up to your chin as many times as you can, then one more, then rest 10 minutes then do it again then rest one day and on that day eat proteins like fish/chicken/cheese.

There are lots of it but i will not be able to explain it to you,you just walk into any gym and talk to the trainer,you can practice there or watch the people do it for few days and you can try to do them at home once you understand the grammar,but restrict yourself to free hand exercises only for the long term benefit.you can also do yoga as there are many sites available for this,just select some of the exercises that will be of help to you.Control of breathing plays a vital role in getting good result out of yoga so be careful.Health Question & Answer
