Question: Diet/fitness: can you please help me/how was it.?
Ok. So today was thanksgiving. Hell on earth for us with eating disorders

I was preparing for this day for a really long time.
Today I ate:
Breakfast- pancakes and skim milk
Lunch- turkey, 1/2 serving of mashed potatoes, corn, and a roll
Dinner- not sure yet

So. How have I done so far.?

YOu are 5'9" and only 149....why are you trying to lose weight,it sounds like you are in a really great weight class already!

Sounds like what you ate was good, and not too high in calories. Maybe try to add high fibre whole grains to your diet, such as whole grain pancakes. And maybe instead of mashed potatioes, opt for a salad instead.

wot type of eating disorder do you have.?
Id say that wot you had is just fine.Yeh you had pancakes but you had them in the morning so have had all day to burn them off while moving about etc. (plus its thanksgiving and you gotta treat yourself now and again!) Your lunch was balanced and low in fat, the turkey would have helped slow down your sugar absorption rate from the corn and potatoes.
Have a nice mixed salad with skinless chicken or something for dinner - low in cals and also ups your fruit/veg quota for the day.

In answer to your question regarding cals, dont know how big the pancakes are but id say it totals no more than 1100. You will have already burned that off just moving about, breathing, keeping warm etc etcHealth Question & Answer
