How To Gain Weight?!?!?!


Question: How To Gain Weight.?!.?!.?
I was going to start working out at a gym, but I really need to gain weight before i can. I have a really fast metabolism so i could eat an entire pizza and a cake and not gain a pound, ive tried lol, but i need some ways to gain some weight. Help!

P.S. im vegitarian but ive always been as skinny as i am that has nothing to do with it.Health Question & Answer

Being a vegatarian has nothing to do with weight gain or loss. All Vegatarians are pale and thin is a myth
If you need to gain weight then eat more carbs such as pasta, bread etc. Make a quorn bolegnaise sauce with plenty of tomatoe, sugar, balsamic vinigar and olive oil.
Eat three meals a day and not four or five which will send your metabalism into store mode.
Whilst coke and other drinks are not good for you they will aid in weight gain, but be sure to carry a tooth brush not to harm your teeth.
Veg curries (indian) use Ghee as an oil this is great for weight gain.

Take in more calories. But you have to do it everyday, NOT just a day or two.

If you are already taking in less calories then required, you cannot gain weight, period. Don't assume you eat a lot, do the math and calculate how much calories you are actually taking relative to how much you "think" you are taking in.
