P90x Please share your story?!

Question: P90x Please share your story.?
I have been looking at this product a lot these days. All the reviews I have read on line seem to be pretty good. I have also seen a few very inspirational youtube video's too.

Please share your experience with p90x. Is it worth it.? How did you like it.?

Thanks in advance!Health Question & Answer

I did the entire program with my husband. It was definitely worth it and was a very good program. Be prepared for a lot of work and big time commitment (1-1.5 hrs 5-6 days per week). I got pretty burnt out by the end, but definitely resulted in very tone muscles and a lot strength. I'm sure working out this hard/much would have the same results from most programs, but this was fun (mostly) and had a strict set schedule to make you stay on track. We did not buy any of the other stuff they try to sell you, just the DVDs which is not too bad when you look at how many DVDs you get with it. You will need some sort of pull-up bar - they say you can use exercise bands in substitution, but I switched to using the bar almost immediately - way better workout) and a variety of free-weights. I have really wanted to do P90X almost since it came out. I, being 16 and very much broke (lol, sob) will have to wait and get a job. But my I know that it is something you cannot just jump into. You have to be able to pass the fitness test and be very commited. But yeah, pretty positive it is worth it as long as you have the will and time to push through and keep it up.Health Question & Answer

I have it and have tried it for about a week. It is a big commitment. Im in school now and dont have time so im waiting for the summer to start again. From the time I did it I didnt really see results just because it was only 5 days. But it was a very very good workout. You should definatly get it if you are serious about getting in great shape but dont waste your money if you cant stick with it all 90 days. if you do get it you should get on the p90x forum and talk to people who have done it and are doing it for insparation and motivation to keep you going.Health Question & Answer
