i want to seriously lose weight but im having the hardest time with will power and sticking to only the foods i should eat ... can anyone help Plz !!Health Question & Answer

well you are already eati healthy. All you need now is exercise. I dont know if you already are, but if you exercise alot it wont matter what you eat cause you will be burning everything you eat and it will be healthy food so burning it off wont be so hard. Well I go to the dr. every week and get a B12 shot and take Adipex diet pills one every morning before 9am and that kills my hunger for 24 hours I have to make myself eat. I have lost 19 pounds in 6 weeks and I also workout at least 5 days a week 2 miles a day walking / running, crunches too. I can tell a big difference and also weight watchers is very good I did that to start off and loved it.Health Question & Answer
