How to lose some weight?!


Question: How to lose some weight.?
Okay I am 16 and I'm not obese but I'm definitely not skinny either. I guess you could say I'm comfortable with my arms and legs, but my stomach not so much. I know you can't just loose weight from a certain area but I need to know how to lose weight safely and effectively. I try to walk on the treadmill 30 minutes 5 times a week. also I am trying to change my eating habits. Any suggestions.? Health Question & Answer
