im 16 years old and i weigh like 94 pounds,but i eat.I want to gain weight and well just look bigger.i'm wondering what kinds of foods can put on the pounds.I dont want to be fat, i want to be thick. I want to gain alot of weight and fast. What foods would be the best to eat.?

There are 3 main ways your body gains weight. More muscle, more fat, or more water retention. The healthiest way to gain weight is by gaining muscle mass. You will not gain muscle mass just from eating extra calories. It takes approximately 3500 extra calories of food intake to gain 1 pound of weight.

I am assuming you are a girl, and you didn't specify your height, so it's hard to say if you're at the proper weight now. A bodyfat test would tell you if your in the right range. There are several of these that you can do yourself or you can have one done by a professional.

don't do it by feasting on cake and chips and stuff, it is unhealthy and will make you feel worse. I know this sounds like a diet but it works, eat alot of sandwhiches, whatever u want: pb and j, turkey sandwich anything. eat foods with high protien like chicken, and eat ALOT of vegetables, they will help you put on weight that is healthy and give you good structure.
also if you want to gain weight to make your boobs look bigger... well good luck with that.
fat doesnt go straight to boobs and butts, sure you may have bigger boobs, but no one will notice them if your stomach gets even bigger too.

just try to gain weight as healthy as possible.
i gained 26 pounds this summer from football by eating alot of crappy food, come the first day of practice i could barely run sprints without feeling like i was gonna die. then i went on a diet where i ate alot of protein, it bulked me up and i was healthier

Eating a lot of healthy foods and working out will help you bulk up, without being fat. Concentrate on carbs (pasta, sweet potato, whole grains,etc.)
