Help.......Poor Diet ?!

Question: Help.......Poor Diet .?
Even though I am 18 yr old vegetarian..weigh bout 124 pounds....im not necessarily the healthiest person..actually i think im prolly one of the worst..

I DO NOT! :

smoke
drink
eat any sort of meat
eggs
bread..unless its a part of the pizza...and thats practically it.

I am not much of a milk person either..

IMO all i really do eat/live off is like 2-3 fruits a day...2-3 glasses of water..2-3 glasses of iced tea and every now and then a hearty meal of pasta w/veggies or stir fry noodles w/ veggies or homemade fries and rice.

And am i add...( which wont be a suprised to you ) ..i have bad skin..if i were to rate my skin out of 10..10 being the highest of nasty skin...id give myself 6.5-7 / 10. My forehead..nose and eye area are pimple/acne free..and my chin is sometimes acne-full..and sometimes not..but the sides of my face...cheek area...is really pimply..i hate it..lol so much money goes towards foundation and coverup and i avoid wearing makeup as much as possible cuz i want my skin to breathe..and my face doesnt get much sun either..its always uneven and pimply and whiter then the rest of my body..neck..arms..etc.

and I also tried ProActiv..and it doesnt really work towards my skin...cuz as u can guesss...i have super sensitive skin..which REALLLY sucks! like if i dont moisture if directly after washing it..i get dry skin around my lips..eyes..forehead..EVERYWHERE! :(

all im trying to say is..I wish i was healthieer..but i just do not have the time or patience to cook meals for myself..cuz im a terrible cook and trust me ive turned cooking many times..lol plz dont say its only cuz im a teenager ...i have pimples....its been on my skin for 4 yrs straight now..i miss haven semi-clear skin.

So do u think its my poor diet thats affecting my skin entirely.?
and do you guys have any other solution to improve my skin and eating ways.? i would still like to be a vegetarian and do not wanna get my nutrioiton-ness off vitamin pills..
thank you!

Stop eating the pasta its exactly like bread high in carb but unlike bread its lacking in any sort of nutrients! My sister is the same with you except she eats a truck load of chicken and pasta or pasta with something else!

Red meat is very good for your skin as is the sun. Iron to get bloody flow to it and oxygen as well as the protiens needed for the skin to repair itself!

A lot of vegies say their vegies but really they don't eat tha tmuch veg or other plant material lol! So eat more vegies that's all you can do!

And as your diet is restricted cos of no meat, you'll NEED to learn how to cook, a 30min pre and cooking isn't very long, why not try using the slow cooker.? Turn it on in the morning and it'll be ready by dinner time.?

Have you also looked at the Indian diet.? Most are vegitarians, real ones cos they're Hindus. They eat chickpeas which are full of protiens and goodness as well as curry and other spices to flavour their meals which are eaten with NAAN or rice.? Perhaps go do a course on Indian food to help you to know what to cook, and you know what.? Once you learn how to cook, you'll be able to open up your cupboard and have a look and say this is for dinner! EASY!

also it'll take up to 90days to change your taste and your diet, so you'll need to stick to it and have patiens if not we'll you're suffering already, so you've got nothing to lose, except laziness!

Forgot to say that anything WHITE is pure sugar, and anything with sugar in it like ICED TEA and fruit juice aren't good for you! IT'll also help clear up your skin, so stop the white processed foods! My point before is that vegatarians often have poor diets because they aren't eating good non meat food just poor breads or too much juice or something.....you're better off eating a diet of red meat and milk or something lol! Health Question & Answer

Your ans lies in your question buddy well sorta.. Atleast your aware that your diet isn in place so thats a start. Get on a balanced diet eat more of fresh veggies and fruits have a heavy breakfast so that you are ready to attack the day with loads of energy, eat a meal every 2 hrs, have about 5-6 meals throughout the day. Start with eggs and white meat like chicken and fish of you are not an out and out vegetarian. As far as your skin is concerned i think your lacking some good fats and vitamins which is expected as per your current eating habits. But honestly its difficult and impractical to get all the required micro nutrients from food these days so if you can afford it get yourself a good natural multi vitamin not the synthetic ones which are cheaper but not really as bio available also get your hands on some omega 3 and 6 supplementation in the form of fish oil, it will go a long way in fixing your skin issues and overall health get on a exercise regime.
