Can I lose weight by this?!

Question: Can I lose weight by this.?
I weigh 125 pounds and im short so im a little chunky. It is soo cold outside so I decided to run in place. If I start running in place for 15 minutes 3 times a day(45 minutes a day of running in place) will I lose weight.? Im also going to cut down on my foods as well. How long do you think it will take to lose 10-15 pounds.? Health Question & Answer

Answers:
Yes, that should help. Usually it would take about 3 months to lose 15 pounds.Health Question & Answer

Yes it will help a little but if you want true results try this:
drink 2L of ice cold water ( this is because your body has to burn fat to make the water body temperature )
drink green tea, helps increase your metabolism
just turn on your mp3 and go for a 1hr jog everyday
eat heathly, don't starve yourself because if you don't eat anything your body will hold on to any food you eat and therefore you will not lose weight, stay away from sugar stuff like candy, chocolate, fried food, like fries, burgers, and mostly any fast food
Good luck.Health Question & Answer

Jumping rope is another indoor cardio activity. If you have enough room. You might also want to try doing some strength training exercises, like some crunches, push ups, lunges or squats. I also recommend purchasing an exercise ball. Health Question & Answer

I honestly dont think that is enough to lose much weight. Try adding some crunches or do a workout video. the weight loss center on http://www.SlimEffects.com has some really useful information along with workouts. Health Question & Answer
