Question: I'm trying to lose weight, but should I be lifting weights.?
I weigh 201. I'm trying to get into the Air Force and you have weigh 175 for my height. I started working back out today and I did cardio for 40 min this morning, and I worked out tonight I worked out my arms and did cardio again today.I'm not eating a whole lot of calories I ate a some subway meat minus the bread. Im cutting all carbs and junk. But im lifting weights. I just want to tone and go in a solid 175. Should I be lifting weights or just stick to cardio to get there.?Health Question & Answer
