Question: Last Question I promise (LOL)....?
alright so I was on these diet for a long time and I've lost 51 pounds but I gained 5 so that's 45 pounds, my diet is 2 eat cheerios a banana and yougur in the morning, whatever they give me at lunch in skool and salad when i get home. I don't eat any thing after 6pm I exercise for like 30 mins. 3-5 times a day I think is healthy but I'm really sick and my mom tells me that I don't have enough body defese (that means that anything gets you sick) I think I lost all my water weight but I need to lose weight in my thighs, arms and stomach because I still have fat there. So Am I healthy or should I change my diet.
