Is there anything special about visceral fat vs. subcutaneous fat?!

Question: Is there anything special about visceral fat vs. subcutaneous fat.?
like should you do anything different for burning visceral fat that you might not do for subcutaneous.? or ways to prevent a VF gain as opposed to SF.?Health Question & Answer

Answers:
Subcutaneous fat is the body fat, which I'm sure you know how to reduce. Visceral fat I'm not too sure about.

Edit:
Yeah, my bad, lol. If there is a way I don't know about it. If you are consuming healthy foods and doing regular exercise you don't need to worry. One of the stupidest things to do would be decreasing the fat intake too much. You need fat to burn fat. My recommendations for macronutrient ratios are...

Bulking:
40% carbohydrates, 30% protein, 30% fats

Cutting:
40% protein, 30% carbohydrates, 30% fats

Edit 2:
You're right about too much protein putting stress on the kidneys, that's why I don't make the intake excessive. The 40% I put for cutting really isn't too excessive, but you can also base your cutting diet around the same macronutrient ratio as the bulking diet. You do need protein for muscular hypertrophy, of course, as it's the building block of muscle. also, I'm guessing your diet is based around a macronutrient ratio of 50% carbohydrates, 30% protein, 20% fats.? That's pretty good too, but don't decrease the fat intake any further.

Edit 3:
Yeah, your macronutrient ratio is pretty good. During the cutting stage I'd make it 40% carbohydrates, 30% protein, 30% fats, that's basically how you would change it. And instead of a caloric excess you should now have a deficit. Weightlifting should always be the same, cutting or bulking. In addition to this you can, and probably should, add some cardio, my recommendation being HIIT. I'd do weightlifting 4 times a week, and HIIT on the 3 off-days.Health Question & Answer
