Question: How do you get a six pack, bigger thighs, and bigger arms.?
im a 15 year old girl, and i really want a six pack, and i want to get bigger thighs, and bigger arms. I have a fast metabolism, so i can pretty much eat whatever i want. im also a cheerleader, so i really want to get a sixpack, bigger thighs (muscular not fat) and bigger arms (again, muscular) if anyone has any ideas how to get these things, please let me know ! thanks id really appreciate it :)Health Question & Answer

just start lifting weights and doing conditioning. getting a six pack is the easiest part though. just do 20 crunches and 20 left and right obliques. keep doing that for about a month or two and youll definitly see results. as for the arms and legs, just hit up the gym and start lifting weights. no other way to do it.Health Question & Answer

do crunches leg lifts
and i have a buddy who does leg lifts and then his friend starts jabbin at his abs
inbetween sets
it works his abs are great no homo
for arms to get them bigger do as many workouts as u can like biscep curl tricep dip pull ups
dumbell curls
and others as many as u can
do heavy weight less reps
for ur legs thighs do squats again more weight less reps
then do forearm curls for ur forearm
then after ur workouts drink some protien supp or eat some meat
i drink cytogainer
i gained 12 pounds so far in the last 3 months
go to bodybuilding.com for workouts
dont forget give time for ur muscles to have a break like 2 days
i do biceps back and forearms and abs
then the next day i do triceps chest abs and forearms
then the next day i do legs abs and forearms
repeat that

I know girls never like this answer, but lifting weights is the best way to achieve your goals. The common myth that girls will get bulky and look like a man is false, they don't have the amount of testosterone that men do.

Stick to basic lifts like squat, deadlift, bench, standing overhead press, and pull-ups/chin-ups. I recommend Mark Rippetoe's book Starting Strength to learn how to preform those lifts correctly.

This cheerleader lifts weights and is not bulky.
