I work out every week and I'm trying to build muscle. I'm looking for a great chocolate flavored whey protein powder. Does anyone know of any great brands out there.?Health Question & Answer

Go with Whey protein by Optimum nutrition it is a brand name but cheap and has low sugar and tastes as good as muscle milk as I have tried many kinds and Whey is the best. If your going for chocolate then never mix it with water it will taste bad. All gym rats and bodybuilders will say Optimum Whey it has won protein powder of the year 3 years in a row on bodybuilding.com Go for that one first don't waste your money experimenting. Never go for GNC brand products they all suck and I have tried a crap load of supplements.Health Question & Answer

that stuff will make you puke its nasty as HELL
if you have a sams club near you go to that get some eas whey 5-6 pounds for 30 bucks

I was never a fan of Muscle Milk even though every one likes that. Seriously I would just buy the generic brand powders, they're literally pretty much the same and are 1/2 the price.Health Question & Answer
