Question: How to get toned quickly.?
Well one day this really hott girl that i was sitting next to we got in the conversation of abs and then she felt my stomach and shes like you have no abs... i don't think it meant much to her but it did to me. I do run a lot but have been sick lately so haven't gotten out running but that gives me at least a flat stomach.
I need to know how to get toned abs and biceps quick and i know quick isnt overnight but im looking on 2 months.
Any ideas, workout plans.? Thanks in advanced.

You can do it over night but it will make you sick and not be able to stand up and walk comfortably. 3 weeks of doing sit ups twists and knee lifts 5 days a week will carve your stomach. You should do hyper extensions which is a back exercise, to stretch your stomach.Health Question & Answer

What i do are sit ups, but i do them as if i'm lifting a ton of weights with my gut.
