I'm a 15 yr old girl. And I want to loose a couple of pounds i'm not over weight or anything, I just want to have a flat belly!
so what kind of excercises should I do.? what are some good excercises to do at home, if I don't have enough money to go to they gym.? and how often should I excercise.? What's a well balanced diet for a fifteen yr old girl.? what kind of foods should I avoid eating when dieting.?

well you can try push-up , sit-up, swimming, jogging, and avoid oily food. much more consume fruit, and vegetable.

you are 15 yrs old girl so your body take more and more vitamin/minerals/aminoacids and other nutrient.... so you cannot concentrate only on dieting... you can avoid fatty diet..... if you have no enough money... don't worry.... search on yahoo/google about "surya namaskar".... it is best composition of many type of excercises.... you can done so many round of "surya namaskar" untill you tired.... when u tired don't forget to take rest with deep breathing....
