Question: Help me, i want to be fit by may 25th! Seroquel made me gain 40 :(.?
i really want to lose it. im focused. 40 pounds omg. in 6 months. driving me crazy. i am 240 from 200. When takin this, it caused me to eat like hell and now that im off them i sometimes continue. even when i dont over eat though the weight doesnt seem to come off even with exercise. When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.

lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,

your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you

Snaps and claps only !!!! Laugh Laugh, I recommend jogging which gets the heart working and does not tire you out like running. I had to force myself to stop eating crazishly. It was hard and seeing other people made me start smoking(dont suggest it unless otherwise). I was unresponsive for ten minutes at the Hookah Lounge when my friends and I went to for his birthday get together. It was from starving myself, Portions and control are the only things that you have to lose. I hate being overweight, but I am working harder and harder each day and showing my body I can handle it YAYAYeaH!!!
