I need help about exercising?!


Question: I need help about exercising.?
Ok I've been working on losing weight and so far ive lost 22 lbs WHOOO!! ok but now i want to start exercising. I have no idea what to do for strength training. i heard since im an hourglass body shape i should do low weight high rep but I'm like kinda weak and I dont have acess to like a gym..

Congratulations on your weight loss!!This is a life style change. When your losing weight you should watch what your eating, do cardio, and strength training.
