Question: Ok soo i need a good diet plan HELP :) plez!!!.?
Ok soo im about 5'7 and wey 269 and im 18 =] lol damn im fat ahaah >_< but i honslty dont look like i wey 269 lol more like 185 ;p
anyways... i want a safe and easy diet plan anyone know one.?
i want to look nice when i see my dad for the holidays i havnt seen him in like 5 years its been to long and i dont want him to see me all gross and fat =/

Okay well the best safe and easy diet plan:
Control calorie income(max 1200):
-Vegetables
-Fruits
-Fish
-Light meals
-Nuts
-Water
-Whole grain
Do physical activity for at least 40 minutes a day 3 - 5 days a week.
-Do cardio, such as treadmill in your gym or running through your local football pitch.
TIP: Here's a tip, cut dairy out of your diet such as cheese, milk, yogurt, butter etc. Dairy is just the same amount of percentage as Fat.

But im sure your dad is more concerned about seeing you after all this time. But its nice how you want to impress him (=
