The food itself does not sound like an appetizing combination to begin with... chocolate and fish. That's just my opinion.

Anyway, it sounds like you ran a bit too soon after you ate. You didn't give your body enough time to digest the food that you just consumed, and when you were running the food was literally bouncing around in your stomach to the point where you threw up.

Give yourself a while until you want to go for a run. Sometimes I give myself up to an hour after a meal to go for a jog. If I haven't eaten recently, but feel as though food is still digesting, I will go to the bathroom just in case.Health Question & Answer

It sounds to me like you are concered with your weight a bit too much. Sometimes it is good to give your body a treat after working so hard to stay in shape. I know how it feel's to feel guilty about eatting junk food, but you have to accept the choice you made to endulge and try to enjoy. If you have an eatting disorder you need to seek professional help. Anyways best of luck.Health Question & Answer

You re problem throwing up because you didn't give you re body enough time after eating. I would recommend that you ran at least an hour after you eat or more.

You will be fine after a little bit just relax and dint exercise til you recover. If you have to go run tomarrow and get rest also keep re hydrated.Health Question & Answer

Don't worry! There is nothing seriously wrong with you! Some people just need more time to digest after they eat and before they work out (I have to wait at least an hour after I eat before I can run). I know you probably feel like crap now but the feeling will pass in a few minutes to an hour. Next time wait longer than 30 minutes and you will probably feel better.Health Question & Answer

ok first off...you should never run after eating anything larger than a protien snack. Secondly, calm down! You are okay, what you are feeling right now is normal if you run too soon after you eat. You should wait at least an hour before excerising after a meal like fish but I would say between 1 and a half-two hours is the safest. Try going to sleep and drinking water. Good luck =]Health Question & Answer

Your body has trouble digesting food AND strenuous excercise at the same time... its either one or the other, so you are feeling the results of excercising too hard, to close to having eaten. You burned calories, just avoid the brownies next timeHealth Question & Answer

Doesn't sound like a good combo for food..But it sounds like you just need to drink some cold water and lay down. Of course keep some sort of pale near by.Health Question & Answer

The need to throw up may be because of the fish you ate. Under cooked fish can make you sick, or anything else you have eaten in the past 24 hours for that matter. also going for a run every time you eat something bad to burn those calories is not a good frame of mind to be in. You should workout to be be healthy and fit, any other motives may be a sign of a more serious problem. Its not pathetic, but it is problematic. As a matter of fact your feeling as though you want to throw up may also just be in your head, because of what your feeling toward what you ate. You should drink a clear liquid, and try to lay down. Forgive yourself for the brownie.. and fish is good for you.. Start over tomorrow! No biggie! Hope you feel betterHealth Question & Answer
