Is it true that the more weight you lose the harder it is to lose more?!

Question: Is it true that the more weight you lose the harder it is to lose more.?
For instance, if you keep continuously losing weight over the course of 2 months or so then you get low and it seems to get harder to lose weight or will it keep coming off.?

I find when I do my harder aerobic activities that im drinking less water, maybe burning fewer.? calories than the first month or two because i used to drink 2 and a half bottles per session to three.

It also seems like the weight is coming off slower and slower now that im so low. Though I could be wrong considering I havent truly " deprived" myself like i did the first month.Health Question & Answer

Answers:
its just the way weight loss works. at first the pounds start melting off as soon as you change from your normal routine. as soon as your body gets used to the new one you will have to modify it.
make sure your weight loss goal isn't out of context. example = a 5'7" women trying to weight about 110....?

other then that as you get closer to your goal weight it will seem harder. its simply because your getting in better shapeHealth Question & Answer

yes as you lose weight it does get harder to lose more. a lot of the weight you lose at the start is generally water weight. but as you lose weight you fat slowly turns to muscle which in turn weighs more but helps you burn calories faster.Health Question & Answer
