Yesterday I ate (and this is pretty typical)
Porridge and honey for breakfast and a cup of strong coffee.
An apple and a cereal bar at about 11
Lunch was a chicken wrap, packet of snack a jacks and a diet coke followed by about 5 quality street chocolates.
I was working late so I ate more chocolates about 5pm and some raisins and nuts.
Dinner was late about 8pm, which was veg noodles a timeout and a satsuma.
I dont normally eat so much chocolate, but there was lots lying around...and,well it is christmas!!

7:00 - protein shake
8:45 - 4 eggs, mushroom, peppers, onions
11:45 - smoothie made with greek yoghurt, milk, berries, banana, peanut butter
13:45 - 35g hazelnuts
14:45 - tuna/mayo/sweetcorn on wholewheat
17:30 - 3 ryvita with peanut butter, handful of brazil nuts
19:45 - chili con carne with brown rice
23:00 - cottage cheese with berries, and peanut butter

I'm 18, 5foot 8inches, and weigh 82kg.

OK I'm a 14 year old girl, 5ft9-ish, 8 and a half stone. (about 54kg)
Yesterday.................
Breakfast: 2 slices of toast, butter, jam, smoothie
Lunch: Roast baby chicken and spinach, cranberry and apple crumble tart and panetone ice cream (I went out!)

Yesterday I drank 1 liter of full fat milk (during the whole day), chicken soup and chicken meat, 4 slices of cake and about 10 tangerines. Today, I drank another 1/2 liter of milk so far and my lunch was meatballs and cabbage. (It's still 13:15 in Greece)

we had a pot luck for Christmas, so it wasnt a normal day for me. i skipped breakfast, because i knew it was coming. then i ate every cheesy, fat filled thing i could hold at lunch. i was so stuffed i didnt feel like dinner even after riding my trainer and lifting.

today will be more normal.

lunch- whole grain bread/turkey loaded w/ veggies (cucumber,sprouts, mustard) some raisens and some pretzals.

Yesterday i ate steak and chips with salad, an apple, a banana, some crunchy nut cornflakes and some tomato soup.

Right, lemme try and remember! Yesterday I had no breakfast (as usual), then had a pizza baguette thing for lunch, and home made chow mien for dinner. I also had a bag of prawn cocktail crisps and shared some toffee popcorn.
