Question: How i can reduce fat around my thighs.?
hi i am 27 male and i have many fat around my thighs and waist,its does not look nice whenever i try to buy any trouser its does not fix me.i am really tens about that.
i am planing to join gym but does not know what kind of exercises would be good for me specially for my waist and thighs fat.

FOR THIGHS:
Stationary bikes are good.It's fun, I swear, and the faster you go, the easier it is to stay upright.

There is no way to spot reduce so the only really sure way to get rid of the jiggles is overall weight loss but things you can do to tighten the muscles:

Lay on your side, supporting yourself on one elbow/arm whatever is most comfortable. Have your upper leg back a bit and use it for support if you need it. Lift your lower leg up as far as you can. It'll feel sort of like you're trying to cross your legs. Do 8-10 reps and switch. Do 4 sets on each side (if you can. It's harder than it sounds)

Stand with your feet a lil wider than hips.
Point your toes outward then slowly squat downward.

When this becomes too easy, grab some dumbells and try it. There's way to check if you are doing it right...put your hand on your inner thigh when squatting down...can you feel the muscle contract.?


FOR OVERALL TONING
Healthy diet is the key.. in the end you are what you eat!!! eat good no fast food or high trans fat food.. take some salad and veggies and your body will eat the fat off.. also cardio is a good killer of flab! if you have access to tread mill/ track i highly recommend doing this.. for the first 100meters job or walk at brisk pace.. then sprint your *** off on the next 100 hundred repeat this 4 times = one mile.. combined with proper diet and exercise you should notice a difference its about will power too if you cant give up the "bad" food why try.?! get on the track run/work out in the gym and through some ab work in! make sure not to eat anything up to 2 hours before you go to bed. Unused energy will just be stored as fat when your sleeping. If you try to eat 5-6 smaller meals throughout the day, instead of 3 larger ones, then you will increase your metabolic rate, and your body will naturally burn off more energy through the day.
