Always keep up the cardio. Cardio is good for your cardiovascular health. If you want to lose more fat then yea, keep doing a lot of cardio while at the same time doing weight training.Health Question & Answer

Being a college athlete and going through several stages of weight gain, weight loss, height change, etc. etc. I recommend that you stop cardio for a while. Cardio will not make you gain weight, and being that the fat on your belly is the densest and most difficult to lose, you are always going to have it unless you specifically work out your abs. The best ab workout ever would be to take a table, have your upper body dangle off the edge resting on your butt, have a friend sit on your legs, and go all the way as far down as you can and all the way up with your hands on your head. This works every single abdominal you got, especially the lower ones where the fat is densest. Cardio strength is the easiest thing to gain back if you lose it, so i recommend packing on a lot of weight with weight lifting, and if you want cardio its easy to gain backHealth Question & Answer

keep both. cardio works to improve recovery from weight training, and during sets. focus on diet. stick to low carbs and eat starcy carbs only after workout. but do dat gradually. u go cold turky, u feel like killin ur self n leavin d dietHealth Question & Answer

transition some of your cardio to ab work. I do 2 sets of 50 leg lifts and go for time followed by 2 sets of 50 crunches on the ball. that hits upper and lower leaves you feeling, and looking rippedHealth Question & Answer
