Question: What should i workout tomorrow.?
Mon Chest tri's
Tues Legs
Wed Rest
Thurs(today) back traps
Fri.....? what should i workout i mean shoulders idk cuz i did rows today and pull ups work shoulders plus i did traps

Joe, I don't know who told you biceps aren't really necessary to target. Obviously your goals will be more dependent on the importance of direct bicep training. For some sports, ok biceps training won't exactly be the most important muscle to train. But even so It would be dumb to neglect a little direct training to that muscle.

Just because when you work back your biceps get work too dosen't mean that is enough to get the desired bicep results you want. Your goal is physique wise correct.? You will NOT get anywhere near the same size in your biceps if you don't train them directly. You think guys with huge arms, and bodybuilders don't train them directly.? No chance in hell.

If you think about it thinking your back work is enough for biceps then you might as well say that bench is enough work so no need to work shoulders and triceps. You might as well just deadlift and forget about any rows or pull ups, hell or even squats since your already working your legs enough deadlifting.
