What is the fastest way to lose weight ?!


Question: What is the fastest way to lose weight .?
no pills.... all natural...and im not going to starve my self.
i need to lose atleast 10-15 pounds by jan 6th but
i cant go running outside beacuse of the snow.

if you can help i will appreciate it..

Eat plenty of fruits and vegis, eat little bits throughout the day- it will help boost your metabolism. Eat salmon whenever possible, the omega 3 in salmon helps boost metabolism as well and it's low fat! Drink lots of water, stay away from white sugars and processed everything! Don't have anything fried, keep portions low. Exercise in your home if you can't go outside, find an exercise program on tv, or order one- do a certain amount of sit-ups every morning and night- you should start dropping weight pretty quick. It's all self control and self discipline, and it's pretty hard sometimes! Stick with it! Try this for 2 weeks and you will see considerable change.

1. Cut off sugar. Not even sugar replacements or such. Not even fruits.

2. Cut off oil. No cooking with any oil at all. All food sold by vendors have both sugar and oil.

3. Drink only boiled plain water, nothing else.

I lost 65 pounds on Atkins. You can't lose 10-15 pounds of fat by Jan. 6th, but you can lose a few pounds of fat plus some water weight. Sorry to say, but 10 pounds of fat isn't possible on any diet.
