Will this way of exercising make me tone/lose weight off my legs?!


Question: Will this way of exercising make me tone/lose weight off my legs.?
In the morning I go for a light 20mins of cycling and then do situps and pushups.

Then I go for a fast power walk for 20mins and have a ten minute walk to cool down.
Then I go for another 20/30min cycle with a bit more resistance.
In the end I think I lose 700calories.

Tell me if that's a good plan to tone my legs.
Whenever I'm in "excercise mode" I do it almost every day of the week.

For a bit more info: I'm 14yrs old, untoned legs due to excessive eating (big and wobbly, but please dont make fun of me) and have a major bingeing problem.

My parents always buy junk food for my sisters so I'm always around it. Help! What filling (but yet healthy so I don't gain weight) snacks should I eat.?

If I stuck to this plan (eating healthy and bringing up a sweat) could I tone my legs in 8 weeks... well, obviously not PERFECTLY tone them but some noticeable cellulite loss.?

p.s. no answers like "your so fat, go anorexic!"
I'm not actualy FAT but just have very chubby unhealthy legs which is totally my fault!

The last time I exercised heaps I lost 2 kg in a couple of weeks.
The last time I checked I was 62kg but things could have changed since then.Health Question & Answer

Ask your parents to buy you fresh fruits to snack on:
apples or banana slices dipped in peanut butter really are good
Clementine oranges are in season!

Do you like cucumbers.? They're a great snack

Skip the starchy foods like bread, buns & dough - they'll turn to sugar when digested - not good loaded with carbs, too!

Drink LOTS of water - nix the soda!
