Don't stress! You're doing great!

First things first, get those negative thoughts out of your head! You're doing wonderfully! Treat yourself to a calorie-free reward. Something I liked to do before I reached my final goal was go to the store and try on clothes. A three-way mirror and a size smaller jeans really show how much you've changed.

Next, chose one scale, in one place, and always weigh in at the same time. The same scale will weigh you differently on carpet than on tile. Strange but true. Weigh yourself in the morning before you shower or eat.

Measure yourself once a week at the same time and write it down. Day to day, your changes are minimal.

I would also encourage you to get a fitday.com account. (Don't worry this isn't an ad or spam! I just love it.) I love it because you can track exactly how many calories you eat and burn with activities. You can enter your measurements and weights and even you mood. It tracks everything with nifty charts, so it puts a great visual on your weight loss.

If you ar still finding yourself being obsessive, consider a "diet-buddy" you can talk with. Don't limit yourself to friends, they are tons of online resources. Weight loss is hard to go through alone, so consider an online pen pal who will encourage and inspire.

Good luck!Health Question & Answer

You should just relax. Don't let working out and weight create your identity. Share time with your friends and family. Watch some movies, listen to music, and have fun. Remember your physical aspect is only a facet of your total self. You still have your mental aspect and social aspect. Do not deny these because of your physical aspect. Utilize working out and eating right to become a better person not because you are obsessed and want lower numbers on the scale.Health Question & Answer

No one should wrk out for more than 45 minutes in a single day. You should talk to a nutritionist and get some good tips. You're going at it the wrong wayHealth Question & Answer

8 pounds in 2 weeks.? I do good to lose that much in a month! You are losing more than enough weight. If you are concerned, speak to your doctor or a nutritionist. They will help you understand. It isn't all about looking good.. if you're not doing it in a healthy way, it will actually be worse in the long run.

Edit: I'm sure you look absolutely fine!! Everyone is body conscious.. even though they may not admit it. And every scale is different. I can weigh 130 on my scale and then 136 on my doctor's scale.. it's annoying, but I try not to let it get to me! The actual number isn't what I worry about. I look at how my clothes fit and how I carry my weight. Just don't stress yourself out.. if you're stressed, it's harder to lose weight. I'm sure you're hot enough as it is! :)Health Question & Answer
