Question: How can I loss weight.?
I have a problem in my weight and now I wanted to loss my body weight. Is there a way for me to loss weight.? Besides eat a good diet daily and exercise still cannot help me loss weight. Please provide me with some advice. Thank you.Health Question & Answer

Instead of an actual diet I'll just tell you to eat 4-6 small meals a day. Don't skip breakfast and eat less during nighttime.

Don't eat after 7 or 8 o clock pm.

And you must exercise to lose weight. Run or walk for an hour a day.
Or do some at home exercises if you get too bored or can't do that.

You burn calories while you sleep and go about your daily activities, so keep that in mind and don't over work yourself.

Find a nutritionist, i did because i had to go through a weight control program as part of this counseling i had to do.

Its intimidating at first but they are really nice and can help you lose weight as well as gain it.

Please dont skip any meals or make yourself throw up, just follow the plan they make for you and you'll be fine.

Junk foods and fatty foods are the main source for weight gaining. So you have to avoid these two completely. As you are already exercising, avoiding above foods will definitely help you.Health Question & Answer

and try to cook good meals
if you snack just have fruit
jog everday if you can
