hey,
i am 17 and trying so hard to loose weight.(i weigh 175 and want to weigh 135). i work out all the time...im really athletic and a basketball player so exercising is not my problem its the eating part. i really need help. i eat so good and have so much self control in the morning but in the afternoon towards like 3pm and on i am just super hungry and crave everything. i tell my self that i am not hungry but i still eat it and feel super guilty...then eat anything and EVERYTHING in sight. i then tell my self that i dont care about being on a diet and throw all my hard work away. i am really hard on my self and i think about food alot cause i know i am not suppose to eat the crap....im one of those people that goes all or nothing...balls to the wall for stuff so any advise. i dont really care about whats healthyest like i want to loose weight fast and i dont like breakfast....ya please help thanks so muchHealth Question & Answer

ahhgg. I have the same problem. I find just snacking a little throughout the day works. Like every hour have like a serving of whole grain crackers then the next hour an apple, the next like a small salad. That way I eat constantly (since Im constantly hungry) haha.
