Question: Is 1 hour of exercise per day long enough.? or should i work for 90mins - 2 hours.?
I was recently told im doing too much which can be bad as it does the opposite of what i want. So instead of teh 2.5-3 hours a day, i was thinking about 1 hour a day, and mon wed an fri to also do free weights. Will i still lose weight.? or should i do 90 mins cardio daily.? i do tae bo advanced and amped videos for my cardio. thanks

You can never get enough exercise. If you are worried about injurying yourself then you should talk to your doctor. For 1.5years, six days per week, I did one hour of elliptical training. scientifically, anything more then an hour ur body starts to go the other way so..

a lot of ppl have this problem... what ignorants dont do is research... and know ur goals...
if u want to lose weight//body fat% ur not going to train like a bodybuilder with isolated movements
u have to train for a higher metablism
another point is ppl dont realize what a plateau effect is.... doing the same thing for more then a couple months ur going to stop benefiting

HIIT (3days a week)
LSD traiing (off days)
plyometrics & calisthenics
circuits///supersets
compound movements like olympic lifts

u didnt touch on ur eating habits
ur not going to go much newhere if u dont eat right..
5-6 small healthy meals a day with good carbs fats,, vits mins and protein etc
be energized for workouts and protein after for recovery
buy protein mix and a multi vit//min

I workout 3 hours Monday, 3 hrs Tuesday, 1.5 hrs Wed, 2 hrs. Thurs, 3 hrs Fri, 1.5 hrs. Sat, and off on Sun. Give yourself one "rest" day a week and vary your workout hrs. If you're really tired/ sore one day, instead of 3 hrs, just do one. I vary my workouts, and eat a lot, but I never gain weight this way, and sometimes even lose.
