Answers:
no, you don't need workouts like that.. just the standard warm up routine is more than enough..

along with walking and bike riding being an essential mainstay for activity.

you don't have to use aggressive workouts to accomplish something that a simple stretch can do....

stretching is the best way to limber up.. generally.

remember many workouts are unessesary and unhealthy... this is one of them.. a few users of this technique have done serious damage to their bodies.

aerobics is more successful, pilates is better... walking is the best, stretching is essential.

basics are better... workouts like this spartian 300 are fads.. most times they are unhealthy and not logically fit for the body's muscle structure let alone organ structure.. if one has to be careful doing sits up... one definately must heed caution in a manic routine as the "300".

remember also the "no pain no gain" element doesn't work realistically...

many times those efforts cause serious pain and injury, even when used with caution.Health Question & Answer

I heard from a trainer that it is okay to start with 16 but if you start with 15 it would be to early. 16 is ok. Well it may take you a year to look like a spartan xD (not a joke)Health Question & Answer

16's alright. But just be careful not to push it too hard. You don't wanna injure yourself training too hard.Health Question & Answer
