Question: How much weight wouold you guess your average 16 year old boy would be lifting.?
Just wondering if im above or below the curve here!
(bragging rights are a plus =P)

5'11" 180 lbs.

-250 lb benchpress (1 rep)
-350 lb squat (1 rep)
-575 lb leg press (1 rep)
