Answers:
Vitamin K aids blood clotting, protects the heart, and helps to build bones.

Hair loss occurs when the diet is inadequate in the B vitamins - especially B6, biotin, inositol and folic acid; and the minerals magnesium, sulfur and zinc. The B vitamins, especially B5 (pantothenic acid and B3 (niacin), are especially important for hair growth

Vitamin B helps with hemoglobin, which brings oxygen to the scalp in the red blood cells. The main B vitamins that contribute to hair growth and hair loss are Vitamin B-6 and Folic Acid.

Vitamin B-6 is found in fish and seafood, poultry and meats, beans and peas, Potatoes, ready to eat cereals, Bananas, Oatmeal, eggs.
