eat nothing but meat (and maybe a bit of vegetables) for 2 weeks in a row,
dont eat ANY starchy food at all, (no carbs), like pasta, rice, bread etc etc
and try to avoid fruits and stuff too for the first two weeeks
dont consume any caffeine or alcohol
you'll lose lots of weight in no time

First off ten pounds in 1 week is highly impossible. Secondly unless you barely 5' tall you probably dont need to lose 10 pounds.
