I wanna lose about 20 pounds. The calories I need to MAINTAIN my weight is 1450. So, how many calories should I eat daily if I wanna lose 20 pounds fast. ( also, it would be helpful if you include how much fat, sodium, sugar, etc. I need to lose weight as well )Health Question & Answer
