Question: Hi, I have bulimia and I need a lot of help.?
Okay, I have bulimia, but I want to stop. I'm sick and tired of my eating habits. I binge, then I purge and I hate it. I really really want to stop, and I have tried, but I keep relapsing. When I eat, I feel so sick. Like my stomach is about to explode. And the only way I feel better is if I purge. I used to purge at least 6 times a day, but I've made myself cut down to 2 or less. My goal is to get back to eating normally without gaining weight. But how do I go about doing this if eating makes me sick.? How do I wean myself into better eating habits.? Someone help me please!!!

I know it's a tough thing. I am also suffering from a eatting disorder - anorexia. I'm currently recovering.
Have you seen a doctor yet.? It's the best thing.
This might sound sort'a scary but it's not. It's really helped me, alot!

My paren'ts had caught that I had restricted myself from eatting. It was my yearly physical at the doctor's and I had lost rapid weight. I looked sickly, with a very underweight weight.. and a terribly slow heart-rate almost ending me up with a serve fatal heart-attack if I didn't get help when I did.
He submitted me to a eatting disorder's program at a near hospital. I was put into the day program with other girl's my age. I learned a bunch there! It really boosted my self-confidence and everyone there is very open- and supportive. I highly suggest it! I would have never gone through with recovery if it wasn't for the day-program. - I heard in-patient is kind'a harsh. Out- patient is.. eh.
I'm still recovering, and having to put on weight because - im really underweight, plus my heart-rate. But it's helped me alot.

I knew a girl at the clinic I was at who suffered from bulimia. After 2 month's of purdging she finally tore her esphougus. She un-intentially began to purdge blood, instestine's, bowel's, and organ tissue.
She was rushed to hospital, and lost alot of blood - which they had to pump into her. She almost died! This will happen along with other bad issue's if you continue. Life- or death.?
Pressueing with bulmia will lead to death. With greif from loved ones; family, friend's, etc..
With support you will see in a diffrent light. How much better life can be as a normal girl..

Please think about talking to you're doctor!
Next time you're thinking of purdging.. remind you'reself the percautions, and how deathly it can be.

Ok, first of all you're in the normal weight range for someone your age, so you can stop stressing about that. Eating disorders are very serious conditions that could lead to death if not treated. You need to get some professional help to stop. You need to educate yourself on healthy eating patterns. It 's kinda like smoking cigs- you have a much better success rate if you don't stop cold turkey. I strongly suggest looking into some professional help. i think that ur first step would be to tell somebody like ur parents because from then on they'll be able to get u some help.... u could even check into one of those hospitals with girls that suffer with bulemia. but first i think that u should talk to someone that u trust and that can help u, thats if ur willing to stopHealth Question & Answer

Go see a doctor or a nutritionist. Just try eating healthily and not too much. You'll find that if you stop worrying about your weight, it will just settle to its ideal place.Health Question & Answer

Ok, first you eat a little bit and see how the next 30 minutes goes and if it doesnt come back than you do the same thing if you are still hungry.After maybe a week I would wait less time before taking another bite like 25 minutes and go from there and make sure you dont eat to much when you are experimenting this method.
